Glamorous Girl friends of Yuvraj Singh, Past and Present

Yuvraj Singh has created a name for himself as an outstanding cricketer of the Indian Cricket Team. He joined the team in the year 2000 in the ODI. The first test match played by him was in 2003. He proved his talent in cricket which soon catapulted him to become the vice captain of the ODI team from the latter part of 2007 to the latter part of 2008. He further added a feather to his cap by hitting six sixes in the World Twenty 20 in 2007 in one over against Stuart Broad of England, an accomplishment obtained only thrice before in India and the only one in any international cricket match.

Besides cricket, he has his name also amongst the cricketers linked to Bollywood beauties. He is well known for his several girlfriends. His first crush was Kim Sharma, a beauty of Bollywood silver screen. They went steady for four years before they broke up in 2007. The breakup came because of Yuvraj’s mother who did not approve of an actress daughter-in-law and Yuvraj, being a ‘mamma’s boy’ obeyed her.

Then he was seen with Deepika Padunkone, who was still coming up in her acting career in Bollywood  but soon after she shot to fame with the movie Om Shanti Om, Deepika called off their friendship in 2007 and went on to have the Bollywood actor, Ranbir Kapoor as her next boyfriend. The reason for her split with Yuvraj, as given by Deepika, was his domineering nature. He apparently was over-possessive of her. He made sure that Deepika met people whom only he recommended her to meet and wore only those clothes which he wanted her to wear. 

Thereafter, he briefly dated Grace, the ex-girlfriend of Vivek Oberoi. Soon after, Yuvraj, briefly became friends with another Bollywood beauty, Riya Sen. The two met at a party and could not stop looking at each other, and soon went missing from the party having a romantic time with each other.

All the same, Yuvraj could not forget Kim Sharma. He called her while he was playing the IPL in South Africa and invited her to visit the country to watch the IPL. She responded and took the flight to watch the IPL in South Africa. So, after almost two years of split, they came together once again.

Yuvraj has also shared romantic moments with Minissha Lamba and Preeti Jhingaini, both Bollywood actresses. His last birthday in 2010 was celebrated with Preity Zinta but it seems it is just a cordial relationship.

Yuvraj Singh’s latest girlfriend is Aanchal Kumar, a ramp and video supermodel. She is the ex-contestant of the ‘Bigg Boss’ Contest. It is learnt that she got selected for it because of her relationship with Yuvraj. They were first spotted in Bangalore at the IPL party where they both danced till late into the night. She has acted briefly alongside Abhishek Bachchan in the title song of the movie Bluffmaster. She is the ex-girlfriend of Anupam Mittal, the CEO of Shaadi.com.
