Shahid Kapoor seems like a man on a mission. It's totally needless to say that, he is one of the most wanted and hot property in the tinsel town. Well, if one gauges him by the 'most wantedness' in the ad industry as well, it's easy for one to say who is the reigning king out there!
After having many a FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) brands in his kitty, Shahid has now been signed up for two more brands. One is the toothpaste major Colgate and the second is the motor major Elf Moto, so informs a source. It also added that while Colgate signed him for his ability to connect with the youth, the reason for Elf to sign him was because of his image and personality, that the officials feel, will bring a lot of excitement and energy in the brand.

Love is in the air, as Valentine's Day is drawing near. Surprisingly, Bollywood actors, who entertain the public with love stories, are in denial mood. There are a few desi actors, who have not made their relationships public except Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor. Now, the big question is, will these actors pop up the question today, on Propose Day?
Yes, Bollywood is thronged with mysterious couples, who neither deny nor make their relationship public, for the reason best known to them. Speculations are rife that Shahid Kapoor is dating Priyanka Chopra, and other alleged couples include Ranbir Kapoor-Katrina Kaif, Ranveer Singh-Anushka Sharma, Siddharth Mallya-Deepika Padukone, and Rani Mukherjee-Aditya Chopra.
The common thing about these alleged couples is that none of them have declared their love for each other in public though they have been spotted together at various hot spots and events time and again. Shahid Kapoor to don the director's cap...........
Actor Shahid Kapoor is following the footsteps of his father Pankaj Kapoor, who first accomplished himself as an actor and then moved on towards direction. Shahid is planning to direct a film soon. However, he is very clear about the fact that he will not be acting in his own directorial debut.
Shahid is currently shooting for his father's filmMausam. He has been seriously involved in this project and is looking after activities related to both on-screen and off-screen. The film also star actress Sonam Kapoor opposite to Shahid. She is playing the role of a Kashmiri girl in Mausam.
Shahid is very minutely related with his fathers film and has been taking decisions and suggesting opinions on every aspect be it from casting to script to music etc. Casting Sonam in the film was also Shahid's suggestion to which Pankaj Kapoor agreed to later.
Shahid, who with his father has been learning the trick of the trade, is now sure about making his directorial debut. However, unlike Ranbir Kapoor, Shahid is sure that he is not going to cast himself in the film. He wants to handle one thing at a time and to do justice to the directors position he will concentrate on direction rather than acting.
Shahid reveals that he has learnt a lot from his dad as a director and that is one of the main reason why he now wants to become a director. Good going Shahid, one needs to try new things to keep growing in life. We wish all the luck for your new venture.
