Shahid out of The Reluctant Fundamentalist...

Like many other filmmakers, Mira Nair has been tirelessly waiting for Shahid Kapoor to give his dates for her film The Reluctant Fundamentalist, an adaptation of Pakistani author Mohsin Hamid's book with the same title. But he tested her patience by not allotting his dates for the film.

Mira Nair wants to start the shooting of the film early next year but Shahid hasn't given his dates. This has forced the director to drop him from the film and look for fresh faces. The latest we hear is that she has auditioned people like Pratik Babbar, Ali Zafar and Rehan Khan.

The news is also doing the rounds that the director just can't wait for Shahid, who is currently busy with Mausam. Making matters worse, the actor sports a new look in Mausam; and the role in The Reluctant Fundamentalist also needs a bearded look.

Ranbir behind Shahid-Priyanka's break up?..

Bollywood actors Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra have reportedly called off their relationship, though their fans are still not sure of the kind of relationship they share.

According to media reports, Shahid and Priyanka came close to each other during the shooting of Kaminey. However, there was no commitment in the relationship, and it was this fact that ultimately led to the couple’s break up. But the big question is – if there there is another person, who spoiled their relationship.

If reports are anything to go by, Ranbir Kapoor may be the man behind the break up. Though the couple is remaining tight-lipped, media speculations suggest that Shahid is uncomfortable with the growing closeness between Priyanka and Ranbir Kapoor during the shooting of Anjaana Anjaani. Priyanka, on the other hand, not only refused to put an end to her friendship with Ranbir but also went ahead and signed another film with him.

Friends of the couple say that both Shahid and Priyanka are not prepared for a full-fledged relationship at this point of their career, forcing them to part ways. However, we are yet to hear from them!
