But not even model Elisabetta Canalis' extravagant four outfit changes could compete with curvy Monica Bellucci, at the 61st Italian Music Festival in San Remo, last night.

With her ample cleavage on show all eyes were on the 46-year-old Italian actress, who looked stunning in a fitted off-the-shoulder black satin gown.
Eager to compete was Canalis' who also flaunted her chest in her own black frock that hastened to stand out.
But that dress didn't last long, with Canalis keen to amp up her fashion credibility with an extraordinary three more outfit changes.
The 32-year-old proceeded to slip into three more frocks, all which had a cowl-neck neckline.
In gold lamé, burnt orange and sparkling burgundy, Canalis was clearly dressing to thrill.

But it was Monica who clearly stole the show in her one dazzling dress.
Appearing on stage with veteran actor Robert De Nero, she gave the 68-year-old actor more than he bargained for when she leaned forward, giving him a close-up glimpse of her curvy figure.
The stars were out promoting their forthcoming movie, Manuale d'amore 3 (Ages of Love).
According to Variety, the film sees De Niro play Adrian, a divorced American art history professor with a heart transplant, who is living in semi-seclusion in Rome when his passion is rekindled by a lady, named Viola (Bellucci).

The film will be released on February 25 and is being billed as the first movie the star acts in Italian.
The actor looked happy and relaxed as he sat on the stage with Bellucci, and then at one point greeted Canalis, who is one of the hosts of the event.
Canalis later took a dance turn on the stage with her fellow co-host, Argentinian television personality Belen Rodriguez.
Meanwhile Bellucci, who is married to French actor Vincent Cassel, looked equally at home among her fans, blowing kisses to the crowd after the interview session.
The festival is Italy's top-rated TV event.
It will conclude tonight and the winner of the song contest will go on to become the 2011 Italian Eurovision representative.
Today Canalis attended a photo-call looking chic in a casual shirt, jeans and blazer combination paired with a some Christian Louboutin stilettos.
